At Thyrakitchen, we do our best to process orders quickly. Cancellations are only possible on a limited basis under the conditions below.

1. When Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after placing your order.

2. When Can a Cancellation Request Be Refused?

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped within those 24 hours, we may refuse your cancellation request — even if you contact us within the 24-hour window.

3. How Do I Request a Cancellation?

Please contact us as soon as possible via support@thyrakitchen.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The email address used to place the order

4. If Cancellation Is No Longer Possible

If your order has already been shipped, you may use our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

5. Refund After Cancellation

  • We will refund the paid amount via the original payment method.
  • Processing may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
