What's Covered
Defects in materials or construction
Structural failure under normal household use (e.g., handle detachment, base separation)
Any issue our team determines to be a manufacturing fault
What's Not Covered
Cosmetic changes from normal use: discolouration, patina, surface marks, knife scratches
Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
Damage resulting from not following the Care & Use instructions
Note: Titanium naturally develops colour changes over time, including golden and bronze tones through oxidation. This is completely normal and safe — it does not affect performance.
