Every product from Thyrakitchen is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We build our products from pure titanium for durability and safety, and we stand behind them for as long as you own them.
What's Covered
- Defects in materials or construction
- Structural failure under normal household use (e.g., handle detachment, base separation)
- Any issue our team determines to be a manufacturing fault
What's Not Covered
- Cosmetic changes from normal use: discolouration, patina, surface marks, knife scratches
- Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
- Damage resulting from not following the Care & Use instructions
Note: Titanium naturally develops colour changes over time, including golden and bronze tones through oxidation. This is completely normal and safe — it does not affect performance.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email us at support@thyrakitchen.com with your order number
- Include photos clearly showing the issue
- Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
