These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to and use of the Thyrakitchen website, and to every offer, order, and agreement concluded via our webshop.

These Terms apply to all legal relationships between Thyrakitchen and the customer arising from the use of our webshop.
Deviations from these Terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Thyrakitchen.
If any provision is null and void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

3. Definitions

Website/Webshop — the online store of Thyrakitchen.
Customer — any person who visits, uses the website, or places an order.
Agreement — the purchase agreement between Thyrakitchen and the Customer.
Product(s) — all goods offered via the webshop.

4. Formation of the Agreement

All offers and product information on the website are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Agreement is formed at the moment Thyrakitchen confirms the order (e.g., by email) or starts processing it.
Thyrakitchen reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

5. Prices, Payment and Invoicing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Shipping costs and other surcharges will be clearly shown before the order is completed.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Thyrakitchen ships orders according to the times described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them does not automatically entitle the customer to compensation unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation is possible in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

8. Warranty and Conformity

Thyrakitchen warrants that delivered products conform to the Agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality.
Wear and tear, incorrect use, improper cleaning, or damage caused by misuse is not covered. See our Warranty page.

9. Liability

Thyrakitchen is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit, unless there is intent or wilful recklessness.
Where Thyrakitchen is liable, liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Thyrakitchen processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website is owned by Thyrakitchen or its licensors and protected by intellectual property rights. It may not be copied, published, or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Force Majeure

Thyrakitchen is not required to fulfil obligations if fulfilment is impossible due to force majeure, including disruptions at carriers, government measures, war, pandemics, strikes, or failures in payment systems.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and all Agreements are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Disputes should preferably be resolved by mutual consultation. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
