We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by country.

2. Currency & Charges

Payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Any exchange rate or transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer are the customer's responsibility.

3. Payment Timing

Card payments are charged immediately or shortly after authorisation. You will receive an order confirmation email only after successful payment.

4. Security

Payments are processed via secure payment providers and encrypted connections (SSL). Thyrakitchen does not store full card details.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, please try:

• Verifying your card limit
• Using an alternative payment method
• Checking whether your bank has blocked the transaction

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the order where possible. Processing may take several business days to appear in your account.

7. Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to an investigation and temporarily restricted future payments.
