Shipping Policy

At Thyrakitchen, we do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Time
After payment confirmation, we require 1–5 business days to process your order. This includes verification, quality checks, packaging, and shipment preparation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, expected delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
3. Total Shipping Time
You can expect your order to arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of order.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
5. Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to high carrier volume, weather conditions, public holidays, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Shipments
Thyrakitchen is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to absence
- Failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point in time
