I’ve been pleasantly surprised. My journey didn’t start as I had hoped. The pan was shipped from Asia and took 3 weeks for delivery. It finally arrived in plain unmarked packaging and there was assembly necessary to attach the handle. Once I completed the assembly and began putting it through the paces, I’ve been very pleased. Frying eggs, making pancakes or cooking ground beef. Each process was better than expected and

Attached photo showed after cooking egg omelette, Did not stick to the pan. I can use any stainless steel spatula, not a scratch. However, I still need time to learn about different kinds temperature with different kinds of meat.

30 cm diameter frying pan made of titanium. I got a significant discount with the collected coins. It is very sturdy, heats up quickly, and cooks well. At first, the food sticks, but after cooking it's perfect. The handle can be detached by unscrewing two screws with the included wrench. I recommend the product.

Prepared the pan as per the book as no instructions included with it. First use was as advertised, second use tried to fry an egg and not as nonstick as advertised, see photo. Further use has the same results. Washes very easily removing the stuck food but not why I bought the pan!!
